O quarto prêmio internacional do ND STUDIO foi para um luxuoso apartamento reformado e ambientado na Praia de Boa Viagem, em Recife - PE, concedido pela empresa americana Luxury Lifestyle Awards, situada no icônico One World Trade Center, em New York e que pela primeira vez contemplou um escritório do norte/nordeste brasileiro. O Projeto Clássico Revisitado foi nomeado o Melhor Projeto de Interiores em Apartamento do Brasil em 2024 colocando o ND STUDIO Arquitetura e seus arquitetos: Nadjânia Gomes e Eric Dayan definitivamente no radar dos EUA.

Best Luxury Apartment Interior, 2024/25
ND STUDIO's fourth international award went to a luxurious renovated apartment located on Boa Viagem Beach, in Recife - PE, awarded by the American company Luxury Lifestyle Awards, located in the iconic One World Trade Center, in New York and which for the first time included an office in the north/northeast of Brazil. The Classic Project Revisited was named the Best Apartment Interior Project in Brazil in 2024, placing ND STUDIO Arquitetura and its architects: Nadjânia Gomes and Eric Dayan definitely on the US radar.

A Honrosa distinção de Excelência conferida ao nosso escritório nessa "noite do Oscar da Arquitetura nas Américas" era ainda INÉDITA para profissionais arquitetos do Norte/Nordeste brasileiro na categoria disputada (Construção de Casas de Alto Padrão).
On September 22, 2023, after the gala dinner with the Award Winners of the Americas Property Awards, ND STUDIO Arquitetura & Design, represented by its Director Architects Eric Dayan & Nadjânia Gomes, received the International Property Awards from the English institute at the Marriott Hotel Downtown from Toronto, Canada, the Five Star Award for Best Built Residential Architecture Project in Brazil, with its Casa do Lago (lake House), built in Condomínio Gravatá Country, Municipality of Sairé, Pernambuco. Ao receber tão almejada honraria, que o distingue entre os Melhores das Américas com sua Casa do Lago (lake House), edificada no Condomínio Gravatá Country do Município de Sairé, interior de Pernambuco, o arquiteto - na ocasião, o único representantes do Norte / Nordeste de nosso país - abriu a bandeira brasileira, com devoção e respeito patriótico aos nossos valores, reafirmando a excelência da nossa iniciativa privada.

On September 22, 2023, during the Americas Property Awards held in Toronto, Canada, Architect Eric Dayan from ND STUDIO Arquitetura & Design received the Award Winner from the English institute International Property Awards in the category: Architectural Design of High-Standard Single-Family Residences, positioning itself among the three winners of the initial competition with 19 other national projects. Upon receiving such a longed-for honor, which distinguishes him among the Best of the Americas with his Casa do Lago (lake House), built in the Gravatá Country Condominium in the Municipality of Sairé, in the interior of Pernambuco, the architect - at the time, the only representative of the North / Northeast of our country - opened the Brazilian flag, with devotion and patriotic respect for our values, reaffirming the excellence of our private initiative.

Desde 2003, em sua origem, o ND STUDIO Arquitetura & Design notabiliza-se pela marcante trajetória e desempenho em projetos de reforma e ambientação sobretudo de residências, devido principalmente ao profundo conhecimento prévio de ergonomia da arquiteta Nadjânia Gomes, adquirido nas empresas e escritórios onde antes trabalhou e aos conhecimentos luminotécnicos do parceiro Eric Dayan. Vem daí a importância do reconhecimento internacional da grife moveleira Louis Kazan com foco na inovação e na adequada utilização do mobiliário fino pela dupla, valorizando ambientes e imóveis de alto padrão para investidores e clientes com notória personalidade e sofisticação.
Os arquitetos foram agraciados com a distinção durante a visita ao showroom da marca Lous Kazan no Saloni del Mobile da Rho Fiera de Milano, na Lombardia italiana, confirmando a busca incessante por conhecimento e novas tecnologias para tilização no dia-a-dia da profissão.
Since 2003, in its origins, ND STUDIO Arquitetura & Design has stood out for its remarkable trajectory and performance in renovation and ambiance projects, especially for residences, mainly due to the architect Nadjânia Gomes in-depth prior knowledge of ergonomics, acquired in the companies and offices where before he worked and the lighting technical knowledge of his partner Dayan.
