ND Arquitetura includes in its portfolio the construction of the headquarters of large public and private companies such as Caboprev, Consensus, QualiHouse and Palma Parafusos and Palma Máquinas, but also renovation with expansion and corporate setting in public companies such as ANATEL and private companies in the Food Industry such as Feijões Kicaldo and Fipel in Recife, Camaragibe, Jaboatão dos Guararapes and Cabo de Santo Agostinho, aiming at adapting to ergonomic and accessibility standards required in each municipality.

In order to meet the accessibility demands requested by the Public Prosecutor's Office where two other architecture offices had already failed, ND STUDIO professionals developed a project with external ramps, evevadores and vertical platforms, new parking spaces and rehabilitation of the bathrooms in order to facilitate the access to special transport needs, avoiding to optimize spaces such as reception, façades (now visually greener) and adding a new auditorium to the building. All this without neglecting the aesthetics, the percentage of natural soil, user safety and other demands pertinent to the approval of municipal and federal agencies, but also the employees of the institution and the general public

New Headquarters with Environment
Jaboatão dos Guararapes - PE
A privately held company that also entrusted ND STUDIO with the task of modernizing its industrial park in Pernambuco was the Kicaldo bean industry. During the construction of their operations unit, the architects: Nadjânia Gomes & Eric Dayan were asked to plan the internal environment, previously punctuating the entire electrical, lighting, hydraulic and special infrastructure infrastructure, in addition to the floor and ceiling pages of the corporation and elevations of bathrooms, kitchen, cafeteria, administrative and reception rooms and auditorium, avoiding unnecessary renovations in the delivery of the building. In addition, the architecture office assisted security teams and developed the entrance guard project for the industrial complex.

An already renowned consulting firm in Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Pernambuco, now enjoys its own modern headquarters and comfortable and personalized facilities for its clients and employees, having invested with total confidence in hiring the architects of the ND STUDIO to enable their austere entrepreneurial dreams. The result is a building tuned to its time, but with robustness and security, consistent with the functions it houses and with the assertive degree of demand of its target audience. All the internal planning of infrastructure and ambiance was also elaborated, providing flexibility and total attendance to the expectations as it should be: before the beginning of the construction phase.

The QualiHouse Automação project foresaw from the company's initial visual standards, such as the logo and business cards, to major architectural interventions to enable the creation of a second floor and a complete renovation with an expansion of the area in the artist's well-known atelier. plastic surgery Marilu Melo. The entire aesthetic and functional design of the new property was included in the project, with new internal divisions for the environments and the decoration capable of covering the company's metier with solutions for sound and image accessibility, lighting control and security with its remote accesses duly evidenced .
