CASA  DO  ALTIPLANO
João Pessoa - PB

Built on a 20x30 plot of land, Casa do Altiplano was ND STUDIO's first residential construction project and earned the office, right on its debut, the prize de  BEST  PROJETO_cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ DE  ARQUITETURA  RESIDENCIAL  CONSTRUÍDA  pela revista especializada CLASSCASA no ano de 2011.   Its charm lies in the white apparent roof of various planes and the vast stained glass windows of the sinuous facade that gains unique beauty when contrasted with the pool lighting at night , as seen in the photographs.   With lighting and security automation, elevator connecting from the basement to the first floor, energy and heat generation through solar panels and terrace Complete gourmet integrated to the kitchen and the water park that has a swimming pool with SPA, wet bar, beach, swimming lane and waterfall, the project still honors its architects for the finish and conservation of the chosen materials.

CASA  DO  LAGO

Built on a 1,000m² plot of land in a gated community near Gravatá - PE, Casa do Lago, with objective lines and bold modern design, has six social suites, three of which have a walk-in closet and are interconnected by a large intimate balcony._cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ With double height ceilings, including the indor spa area, the magnificent building surprises with its large laminated glass panels, panoramic balcony with glass floor and com  the infinity pool that overlooks the dam on the banks of the small hill where it is located.  All the social areas of the house such as the gourmet terrace, the living and dining rooms, the Intimate living room (with fireplace, bar and heated wine cellar) and the spa are strategically facing the pool.  Designed for family weekends and summer seasons, the residence includes large areas for parking cars and quads.

CASA  DO  LITORAL
Serrambi Beach, Pernambuco

A comfortable and imposing house, but at a moderate cost and, above all, prepared for festive days of leisure in the sun on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Brazilian Northeast. in Serrambi, Pernambuco, where the slope of the land was used for a discreet basement-garage.   The social areas face a fantastic water park and, of course, the beautiful blue sea.  The pool and Support Deck are where meetings take place and are the perfect stage for rest or fun, with a Gastronomic Room, bar, wet bathroom, shower, sauna and hydromassage tub in the pool with a beach that seeks to anticipate the color of the ocean.  References in the finishes to wood, stone and other natural elements framing large panes of glass privilege  outdoor relaxation, always on time, in no rush to finish.

CASA  CAMPESTRE

Inspired by Casa do Altiplano designed by ND STUDIO, Casa Campestre de Gravatá resembles the first in the sumptuous outline of its vast roof with several planes and in the perfect connection between the pool, gourmet terrace, dining room and kitchen, surprising in particular aspects of the design, such as the double height ceiling in the living room with a sumptuous fireplace and the unusual placement of the property on the land, turning 45° in relation to the access street.  With imposing eaves, shears and structure with exposed roofs in raw wood, combines sophistication and warmth for long periods in the countryside with numerous friends.  The night lighting is strikingly beautiful, both in the sinuous glass panels and in the tempting swimming pool with wet bar and thermal treatment, served by a gazebo with spa and covered area for informal meetings with structure for hammocks.  The gastronomic terrace includes an upright freezer, barbecue, pizza oven, TV and dish rack for the pantry -kitchen adorned in colonial style.

Seeking to integrate well into the natural environment and the neighborhood, but without giving up incredible leisure areas for its users and friends, the Casa Rustica, with a contemporary look, generous ceiling heights at the front and back, in addition to large and showy panels of glass, it is covered with elements such as rock and wood to compose its look.  The magnificent leisure area consists of a gourmet terrace supported by an American kitchen, next to a toy library and connected sauna to the infinity edge pool with beach, lane, waterfall and a very modern fire-pit to receive friends and family in style in meetings that never end !!!  Sound and image resources are integrated to these and other environments that also aim at integration, such as the three suites with dressing room and views of the lake in the Gravatá Country condominium, interconnected by a unique and wonderful panoramic balcony!

CASA  DAS  STONES

Perched on a crystalline outcrop in the mountainous region of Gravatá, Maison Cottage emerges from the rugged terrain between showy rocks and slopes with respect for the differentiated surroundings and sumptuousness inspired at the same time by neoclassical and colonial architecture, making good use of arches, columns, stone and wood, as well as majestic stained glass windows with daring wavy designs.  The sinuosity of the property follows the whims of the rocks that starred in the guidelines of the implementation project.  the facades are contemplative and flanked by beautiful walkways, where even the swimming pool is integrated, with transparent walls creating infinite edges and natural topography, like a beautiful stream inherent to the landscape.  The Mansion also offers feet -double rights, cellar, basement, solarium, charming lounges and gourmet areas, as well as five suites and home theater with reclining chairs and state-of-the-art equipment.

CASA  URBANA

Building a conceptual house, with a daring and contemporary design on a plot measuring less than eight meters in front and twenty-two meters in length in a simple neighborhood in the bustling city of Recife - that was the challenge overcome with  success indisputable by the architects of ND STUDIO.  With acoustic treatment on the windows, panoramic landing over the pool, contemplation terrace and gym on the roof, this beautiful house stands out due to the personality of its shapes softened by a water park which includes a large shower, small access beach, hydromassage benches and wet bar, next to the support bathroom, the barbecue and other gastronomic equipment for preparing and washing tasty snacks.  Everything for make life in the big city more palatable, functioning as a welcoming and well-deserved refuge for its inhabitants.

CASA  PANORAMIC

Inspired by the old mill houses but without giving up the constructive facilities of today, this beautiful house is notable for the extraordinary panoramic view of the horizon, both from its Suites and from its Events Deck, where the long-line Infinity-edge Swimming Pool with Whirlpool and Longe Recreativo.  On the same deck, under the protection of a generous overhang, there are also Living, Home and Dining rooms coupled with American cuisine and, of course, a Gourmet Terrace with Barbecue, Pizza Oven and a warm space for get-togethers.  Also having a cozy chapel and a Fitness Room on the top floor, Casagrande has a large Garage and Services area below the deck, a Party Room and expansion space taking advantage of the natural slope of the land, conducive to beautiful widescreen photos in its framing of the horizon at dusk.

CASA  DA  BANDEIRA

Planned to rest on huge stones of a small "Canion" in front of the land, Casa da Bandeira is characterized by its warmth and visual dominance over the land in which it overlaps and integrates harmoniously._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_ Its floor plan consists of wide open and permeable spaces with a Gourmet Kitchen with barbecue and Pizza Oven, mixed with the Living, Home Theater and Dining rooms, but also with the Gourmet Terrace, next to the Organic Pool and vehicle access .  The contact with the lower part of the land where the Games Room and a wonderful wine cellar are located takes place internally, but also through a very pleasant walk between stones and gardens bordering an elegant and romantic façade adorned with flowerbeds and flowers in the best rustic style, in opposition to the civic courtyard with social access where the majestic and fearless Brazilian Flag can be seen.

Once again featuring steel as the protagonist, "Residência Y" surprises with its simple and direct design, full of personality.  The robust steel beams give incredible lightness and unsuspected modernity to the set in recesses and protrusions in the extremes of the house, allowing the arrangement of huge panes of glass with peculiar geometry.  The house is completely adapted for people with special needs, featuring wide passages, automation resources, solar capture and an elevator, without neglecting a most generous gourmet area at the back of the land, including the swimming pool, but within the strict design rules of Alphaville Pernambuco that provide for  the percentage of green area allocated to the land on the edge of the 50 %.  The gourmet terrace has a barbecue, wood oven, upright freezer, TV and image projector to accompany the football classics.

CASA  MODERN

Inspired by the heyday of modernism in Brazil, Casa Moderna follows some of the principles of the architect Le Corbusier, including the placement of a roof garden.  The simplified geometry of its facades gives it rationality with a certain lyricism, allowing the vegetation to stand out, but far from appearing simplistic.  A large front cantilever seems to free up the upper floor, as in the teachings of the French master, but without the use of pillars.   The brutalism of the concrete cools off as we enter the property, covered with woody porcelain tiles in the deeper cutouts.  Large glass openings allow the entry of more light. facade more protected from direct sunlight, while smaller openings minimize heat exchange on the most exposed walls.  The use of solar energy for energy generation, automation technologies and the reuse of rainwater complete the project.

A daring variation on Casa da Colina motivated by the adoption of principles linked to sustainability, differentiated aesthetics and structural economy led us to suggest this daring modification to the original project.  Here, the maritime containers and the Container modules make a post-industrial design prevail on the facades, reinforced by the metallic steel structure and the latticework between slabs on the side facade.  The coldness of the steel contrasts with the warm colors and lighting technology inside the residence and with mosaics of vertical gardens on the left side of the building.  Located on a steeply sloping plot of land, the property surprises you at the rear, where you can see the kitchen and gourmet terrace with high ceilings from the pool double rooms covered with solar protection brises that flood you with charm with a privileged view of the most beautiful sunsets.

HOUSE  CONTEMPORARY

Designed for the summer in a condominium on the beach, but with all the convenience and comfort of a residence for residents, this beautiful contemporary house immediately draws attention to the contrasts between full and empty facades, the reflecting pool that surrounds part of its perimeter and by the imposing glass meshes that reveal secrets at each new step of a visitor.  The swimming pool, integrated to the gourmet terrace, has a shower, spa, wet bar, small beach and enters the living-dining room by crossing a wall of glass, sneaking under a fabulous sculptural staircase made of steel and white marble.  In addition to the incredible look that can be seen in social environments with this device, the comforting_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_ the sound of a fountain arranged in the dining room invites us to pleasurable light and sensory experiences as presented in the main examples of new architecture around the world.

Filling the entire useful area of the land, as much as possible, Casa Wave still manages to lavish sympathy with its beautiful winding balconies that resemble waves mixing curves and objectivity in a perfect formal meshing, uniting reason and feeling without detriment to modernity._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ The double height of the living room is foreshadowed by the entrance door with a sense of continuity.  The cosiness of the building spreads through its facades and culminates in the pool reserved for the back of the land, complete with a shed that houses a gourmet terrace, a support bathroom and a games room.  The body of the building still houses a fitness space, intimate living room, and three suites with dressing room and balcony on the upper floor.  On the ground floor, the rooms, support suite, home office, home theater, gourmet kitchen and service areas share space with rooms well equipped with natural light.

Aiming at a good use of the land and a great integration with the natural environment, Casa Flora does not seek to merge with the landscape (as opposed to objectivity), but uses raw materials such as stone, large glass panels , contemplative areas and even a central courtyard to combat the stress of urban life, always offering generous opportunities for the sun and the surrounding trees.  The vertical accesses happen in the midst of the experience of good understand the day, there are double heights in the living room and on the stairs and this did not prevent the project from offering a swimming pool with a small beach and swimming lane, a gourmet space and a support terrace...   A The kitchen, which is also gourmet, is also spacious and pleasant. In addition to offices, a home-theater and large suites, the house also offers a panoramic library from where you can see the relaxing pool and its beautiful gardens.

CASA  LIBERTY

In the pleasant Condominium Quintas da Praia, in Reserva do Paiva, our project prioritized contact with the outside environment, bringing large and sinuous windows and a sophisticated organic look, providing better integration and user experience with the natural environment._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ The Swimming Pool and the Gourmet Terrace were located on the top floor in order to offer a panoramic view of the beach when in use.   Light is brought into the building with active and progressive participation throughout the day, always reinforcing the inhabitants' contact with the exuberant nature around them.  The unusual format of the residence aims to reduce the impact of rationality in the general context, making the architecture more sentimental and permeable, always inviting to look at each new angle explored.   Would you like a selfie in front of this visual landmark of the condominium?

CASA  MODULAR
Alphaville Pernambuco II - PE

A very complete house on a challenging plot of land in Alphaville Pernambuco II.  Having in the briefing four Suites, Panoramic Terrace, Home Theater, Home Office, American Kitchen, Living and Dining Room with double height , Games Room, Gourmet Terrace, Pool Deck, Spa and swimming lane, wet BWC with two parking spaces, among others, in a rough terrain and full of constructive rules, we opted for the modular look (like a LEGO) in the residence with built-in roof to make better use of the buildable area, in accordance with condominium regulations.  The result is seen in the rich volumetry full of withdrawals and recesses, light and shadows, full and empty in the best style of buildings from Puerto Madero.    The front façade projects defiantly forward, softened by double-height stained glass windows and contrasting colors highlighting human work in the natural environment.

CASA  DO  BOSQUE
Camaragibe - PE

One of ND STUDIO's most chic projects, Casa do Bosque is completely structured in autoclaved eucalyptus logs and with a differentiated acoustic and sealing treatment.  A double beam surrounds the slabs of the building allowing the transverse wooden beams are visible in the internal environments without detriment to the plaster ceiling with built-in lighting, maintaining the rusticity of the project and fantastic integration with the natural environment.  Among the internal environments, the highlights a large library, contemplation living room and the purposeful separation between the "Dirty Kitchen" and the "Gourmet Kitchen" integrated into the living and dining rooms.  Externally, the charming swimming pool that has an exuberant landscaping treatment it shares space with orchids and borders the glamorous limits of the gourmet terrace.

CASA  MULTIFAMILIAR

With the intention of housing three families, including the owners and the two sets of parents of the couple that acquired the land and financed the construction and design of the property, the Multifamily Residence seeks to resemble a contemporary home with its own identity, but will in addition.  After entering, we have access to three different properties: two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, but with an interconnected kitchen and service area, facilitating the integration of family nuclei, each one with its independent living rooms and bedrooms.  The property also houses a playground, bike lane / jogging track and gastronomic shed with swimming pool at the back of the land, in addition to a ballroom and gym on the roof of its dependencies.  Under the access stairs to the upper floor on the main façade, a family vegetable garden makes the most dynamic space in the building utilitarian and aesthetic.

COLINA HOUSE

Located in the highest part of Alphaville Pernambuco - phase 01, Casa da Colina is located on a highly uneven terrain with differences in level that reach more than seven meters in height, from the front of the land (highest) to the back.   The use of steel was presented as a structural solution to overcome difficulties and enable daring overhangs on the facade, in addition to being part of the constructive predilections of the inhabitants, with a taste for exposed concrete, large vertical gardens and large openings to capturing natural light and ventilation.    The formal rigidity is softened with these glass openings that allow for playful compositions in their edges and unique monumentality in the double height of the fabulous gourmet kitchen by the pool with suspended deck, unveiling a breathtaking landscape in anthological late afternoons.

HOME  DO  CLIFF

Inspired by the architecture of European castles and incorporating neoclassical elements on the facades, Casa do Penhasco has the virtue of being able to communicate well with the surroundings, blending in with other residences on its most visible side (the entrance) and dialoguing with the gorge where defiantly fits in, like many medieval buildings,  Imposing and majestic in the proportions and cutouts of the roof, it also draws attention for its inverted layout with the suites positioned on the ground floor and kitchen, gourmet terrace and pool located on the rooftop. 

The swimming pool, by the way, has attractions such as an infinity edge, a glass wall to the terrace, a monumental opening over the void and a glass floor at one end.  Adding to this the large front windows from the double-height house, we have a fine example of architectural solutions for the most difficult demands.

CASA  SICLIANA
Paiva Reserve - PE

Refurbishment and Ambiance Project for the Leisure Area and Swimming Pool of a beautiful house located on the seafront in Reserva do Paiva, in the Municipality of Cabo de Santo Agostinho - PE.  The reform designed by the architects of ND STUDIO covered the expansion of the Swimming Pool in length, width and depth, modifying its original design with a larger Prainha area and contact with the new Molhado Bar, now also larger. two showers and an annex comprising a wet bathroom, sauna and gazebo with lounge and hydromassage Jacuzzi facing the sea.  The renovation continued with new side accesses to this area, an arbor at the service entrance and remodeling of internal spaces, as well as the creation of new rooms such as the Recording Studio and the complete setting of all rooms in the residence.

CASA  DA  FOREST
Aldeia, Camaragibe - PE

Located at Km 14.5 of Estrada de Aldeia, in the Pernambuco municipality of Camaragibe, next to a beautiful forest reserve, this bucolic residence seeks the best aesthetic integration with the natural environment, with a slight overlap in the daring front drawing, but exhaling scenographic rusticity in the composition of facades with stones, columns, decks and wooden pergolas, and a lot of contemplative glass favoring solar lighting and visual contact with the landscape inside and outside the property.  Among the internal spaces, We highlight a generous library that, in addition to being well-inserted in the tranquility of the place, serves as a space for family gatherings, an environment for research, studies and social contact with the outside world, equipped with shelves, individual benches in a meeting room with a home-theater._cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ At the end of the afternoon, enjoy the sunset from the generous "L" shaped terrace.

CASA  CLUB
Aldeia, Camaragibe - PE

Departing from the colonial style, in a daring reinterpretation of these origins, Casa Club adds a vast glass panel, as well as arched and "V" shaped columns to an objective plasticity that aims to preserve the formal purity and the vast gardens of its generous social area.  The intention is to shelter friends outdoors, preserving the interior of the building where only the most intimate will spend the night.  For this purpose, the swimming pool with a swimming lane, children's area, waterfall and wet bar, it has the powerful support of a gastronomic edicule that has a barbecue, dining table and a changing room for the wet area, serving users with relaxation and in the best home-club style.   at night, the gardens take on a resort feel.  Inside, the house has a home cinema, sculptural stairs and bold lighting for intimate and social environments .

CASA  TROPICAL
Village, Paudalho - PE

Living on a farm near Recife, in a municipality like Paudalho, is a dream for many people, especially in retirement, for those who enjoy the northeastern fauna and flora and a traditional way of life.  These were the guidelines for our renovation and expansion of a property in the Bosque Águas de Aldeia condominium, where an old mansion needed to be recovered and adapted for use by the new owner, creating a double height ceiling in the living room and focusing attention mainly on the gourmet area with overlooking a powerful swimming pool where even the little dogs can play.  There is space planned for the planting and cultivation of exotic species of floral plants, but also for the barbecue or feijoada at the end of the month. week with beer on the side, as it should be.  All this in the best style of colonial architecture already tested and approved in our tropical forests.

This high standard house with futuristic solutions, sinuous and sophisticated design, large stained glass windows, bold lighting and metallized coating in ACM, is purely conceptual by our office, but objectively designed on a real plot of the Gravatá County condominium in the municipality of Sairé, observing all the setbacks, solar orientation and construction standards of the place.  Our Luxury House has three suites, living room with double height, complete service room, spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, panoramic balconies, wine cellar and Swimming pool with a Gourmet Terrace, Lounge with Fire-Pit, Sauna and other amenities.  Take off with us in this beautiful project and also discover our fantastic Casino to gather friends in a sophisticated Lounge for adult games, prolonging the party at nightfall!

CASA  DO  PAIVA
Condomínio Quintas da Praia - PE

A Casa do Paiva, Projeto do arquiteto Eric Dayan do ND STUDIO Arquitetura & Design localizada no Condomínio Quintas da Praia, da Reserva do Paiva, em Pernambuco, traz consigo o que há de mais moderno e sofisticado na arquitetura mundial como grandes aberturas de vidro curvo transparente, iluminação zenital para a sala de estar com pé-direito duplo.  O terraço gourmet de ponta a ponta diante da piscina está sob um grande painél suspenso na projeção do telhado, entre outras inovações para o local. As soluções visam a completa integração entre as fachadas, ocorrendo na frente e atrás da residência, sem descuidar das laterais para promoverem a transição, com aproveitamento máximo do terreno dentro de todas as regras de projeto e a plasticidade da edificação.  A casa do Paiva segue na sua área gourmet todos os preceitos  de praticidade e conforto consolidados ao longo de 20 anos de projetos do ND Arquitetura.

CASA  SITE
Aldeia, Camaragibe - PE

Seeking adequate integration with nature, with due distinctions, Casa Canteiro, all built on the ground floor - but even so with higher ceilings in the Living and Dining rooms - has  typical lines of a beautiful middle-class residence with an appreciation for aesthetics and allowing for certain sophistications, such as the imposing glass mesh and hanging planters on the main façade.  A beautiful human dwelling surrounded by greenery and with recreational possibilities such as the vast Gourmet Terrace equipped with a pizza oven, barbecue, vat, bathroom and dish rack for the kitchen as in our large projects of the genre, in addition to a living room with TV on the terrace that opens to the outside, flanking a small Piscina.  Not by chance, we adopted the features of traditional architecture on its facades, with an apparent roof over a flat slab on two levels in the building.

Built in the charming neighborhood of Poço da Panela, in Recife, in an area of adjoining houses, this well-used residence with a modern façade, with its own personality and large glass openings, meets very particular project needs, as well as meeting the condition of home to a family of entrepreneurs, it is also their work address and service to the public, consolidating a behavioral trend in progress in Brazil.  Thus, through the access on the left side, we enter the office of Fly-Tour tourism agency, while on the right we have the home entrance, both planned and set up for their proper purposes by our office.  In addition to the company's premises, the property includes four suites, living room with three Environments, Home Theater, Gourmet Terrace  and Spa, among many other attractions
