Modern House

Inspirada no período áureo do modernismo no Brasil, a Casa Moderna segue alguns dos princípios do arquiteto Le Corbusier, facilitando, inclusive a colocação de um teto-jardim.  A geometria simplificada de suas fachadas lhe confere racionalidade com um certo lirismo, permitindo o destaque para a vegetação, mas longe de parecer simplista.  Um grande balanço frontal parece soltar o piso superior como nos ensinamentos do mestre francês, mas sem o uso de pilares.  O brutalismo do concreto arrefece à medida que adentramos o imóvel, recoberto com porcelanato amadeirado nos recortes em maior profundidade.  Grandes aberturas de vidro favorecem a entrada de luz ma fachada mais protegida da incidência direta de sol, enquanto aberturas menores minimizam a troca de calor nas paredes mais expostas.  O aproveitamento solar para geração de energia, tecnologias de automação e o reaproveitamento da água da chuva completam o projeto.

Inspired by the golden age of modernism in Brazil, the Modern House follows some of the principles of the architect Le Corbusier, making it easier to install a roof. The simplified geometry of its facades gives it rationality with a certain lyricism, allowing the highlight to vegetation, but it seems simplistic. A large front swing seems to loosen the upper floor as in the teachings of the french master, but without the use of pillars. The brutalism of the concrete cools as we enter the property, covered with woody porcelain in the cutouts in greater depth. Large glass openings favor the entry of light into the more protected facade of the direct incidence of sun, while smaller openings minimize heat exchange in the more exposed walls. Solar utilization for power generation, automation technologies and reuse of rainwater complete the project.
