A very complete house in the challenging terrain of Alphaville Pernambuco II. With no briefing, four Suites, Panoramic Terrace, Home Theater, Home Office, American Kitchen, Living and Dining Room with double height, Games Room, Gourmet Terrace, Deck Pool, Spa and swimming lane, two-slot wet BWC of garage, among others, in a hilly terrain and full of construction rules, we opted for the modular look (like a LEGO) in the residence with built-in roof to allow greater use of the buildable area, according to condominium regulations. The result can be seen in the rich volumetry full of drawings and recesses, light and shadows, full and empty in the best style of the buildings in Puerto Madero. The front façade juts defiantly forward, softened by double-height stained glass and contrasting colors, evidencing human work in the natural environment.
