Aiming to meet the demands for accessibility requested by the Public Ministry where two other architecture offices had already failed, the professionals of ND STUDIO developed a project with external ramps, evaders and vertical platforms, new parking spaces and requalification of the bathrooms in order to facilitate the access for people with special mobility needs, optimizing spaces such as the reception, facades (now visually greener) and adding a new auditorium to the building. All this without neglecting aesthetics, the percentage of natural soil, the safety of users and other demands relevant to the approval of municipal and federal bodies, but also of the institution's employees and the general public

The Cabo de Sto Agostinho Civil Servants' Pension Institute - CABOPREV - renovated by ND STUDIO Arquitetura & Design by means of a bidding waiver, had as a briefing the planned setting of its new headquarters designed by an engineering office._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ However, in the almost ready and completely structured property, we found several inconsistencies (errors) in the original project that were quite compromising in an essential aspect for the establishment: accessibility. For this reason, before developing the electrical, lighting and other matters of our contracting scope, we restudied the layout and approved a location so that it could actually have the desired functioning, submitting all the changes to municipal approval.

New Headquarters Project with Ambience
Jaboatão dos Guararapes - PE
A privately held company that also entrusted ND STUDIO with the task of modernizing its industrial park in Pernambuco was the Kicaldo bean industry. During the construction of its operations unit, the architects: Nadjânia Gomes & Eric Dayan were called upon to plan the internal setting, previously punctuating the entire electrical, lighting, hydraulic and special installations infrastructure, in addition to layouts for the corporation's floor and ceiling and elevations of bathrooms, kitchen, cafeteria, administrative and reception rooms and auditorium, avoiding unnecessary renovations in the delivery of the building. In addition, the architecture office consulted on security teams and developed the project for the entry gate of the nationally famous industrial complex.

QualiHouse Automação's project envisaged from the company's initial visual standards, such as the logo and business cards, to major interventions of an architectural nature to enable the creation of a second floor and a complete renovation with area expansion in the already well-known artist's atelier. plastic Marilu Melo. The entire aesthetic and functional design of the new property was included in the project, with new internal divisions for environments and decoration capable of covering the company's métier with solutions for sound accessibility and image, lighting control and security with its remote access duly evidenced.

Strong brand in the center of Recife, aiming to expand with the acquisition of neighboring land, Palma Parafusos sought us out tothe design of its new integrated façade, renovation and store setting, incorporating the new logo and developinginternal signage with renewed standards for its visual identity. The exhibitors were remodeled, as well as spaces for coexistence between employees and management. Some internal adaptations to mediate differences in height between the properties incorporated in the expansion and the center of the store, glass ceiling over a double instagrammable height. The new façade with green ACM signs shiny olive tree and the revamped logo fulfilled the mission of consolidating the moment of change in the consumer public.

After restructuring with ND STUDIO Arquitetura & Design the commercial point of Jaboatãodos Guararapes where its head office and distributor operates, making it more attractive and organized for employees, managers and customers, Palma Máquinas e Equipamentos hired us to set up a new store very close to Ferreira Costa da Imbiribeira, rebelling against legitimate marketing of guerrilla warfare with advantages and differentials for the customer with no time to lose. To this end, we designed the renovation of an old pre-existing dealership on the site, recreating the internal spaces and aiming at quick service and accessibility for the customer. consumer. The planned facade became the brand's new standard with greater visual cleanliness, new materials and more direct communication referring to American establishments - much more beautiful!
